28th Annual Merit Badge Midway – March 2025
All Scouts, regardless of troop affiliation or rank, are welcome to participate in the midway.
When: Saturday, March 8, 2025
- Sign-in begins: 8 AM
- AM Session: 9 AM – 12 PM
- Lunch: 12 PM – 1PM
- PM Session: 1 PM – 4 PM
Where: Santa Clara High School, 3000 Benton Street, Santa Clara CA 95051
Cost: $25 for each AM or PM class, $50 for full day class
We will provide lunch for all scouts. Vegetarian option is available. Please indicate your dietary preference on the class registration form.
How to Register

- Review MB Classes offered and pre-requisites/follow up tasks. Email the MB counselor if you have any questions.
- Select and register for:
- Just one class (AM or PM) OR
- One AM class and one PM class OR
- One All-Day class
3. Provide your Troop number, rank and BSA ID.
4. Pay for each class separately using Paypal.
Please provide the “Paypal Account Name” from which payment is sent so that we may match it to your registration.
Important Information
Registration closes at 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
Scouts should come prepared:
- Complete assigned merit badge prerequisites. Counselors reserve the right to turn away unprepared Scouts.
- Dress in full (Class A) scout uniform.
- Check-in and check-out at the registration table with a parent/guardian/troop leader.
- Bring a notebook and a pencil.
- Please state any dietary restrictions or allergies on the booking form.
